PUBLIC OFFER

This document is a public offer from FOP OSYPOV ARTEM ILLICH (hereinafter — Seller) and sets out the terms and conditions for the sale of goods in the online store shijing.tools.

1. General Provisions

The online store shijing.tools is a website accessible on the Internet. Product — any item offered for sale in the online store. Buyer — any natural or legal person who has placed an order for a product.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods under the terms of this agreement.

3. Placing an Order

The Buyer may place an order independently on the website or by calling +38 (050) 393 80 55. After the order is placed, the Seller confirms it by phone or email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in the national currency of Ukraine — hryvnia (UAH). Payment is made by one of the following methods: bank transfer, cashless payment, online card payment, or cash on delivery.

5. Delivery

Goods are delivered throughout Ukraine by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. Self-pickup is available at: Vyshneve, Promyslova St., building 10.

6. Returns

Returns are processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" within 14 days of receipt, provided the product has not been used and its commercial appearance has been preserved.

7. Liability of the Parties

The Seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the product. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when placing an order.
